Classes

Starbound Cheerleading Coaches are qualified to Coach Cheerleading safely, as well as first aid trained and enhanced DBS checked . Coaches will do all they can to ensure the safety of all participants during classes.

By booking a class or course, you acknowledge that due to the physical nature of this activity, there is a risk of injury or illness. You agree to waive and release all rights to claim for damages which the participant may sustain or suffer during the class.

You also confirm that the participant has not been advised by a doctor or paramedic to avoid physical exercise and do not know of any problems that may affect the participants health when taking part in classes.

You hereby release and absolve Starbound Cheerleading, staff and employees, from all liability for injuries, sickness and accidents that may be sustained while participating.

Classes are none refundable, unless agreed in writing by Starbound Cheerleading. You should contact Starbound Cheerleading at starboundcheerleading@gmail.com should you wish to discuss this.

Photography and Videography

Starbound Cheerleading is committed to the safeguarding and well-being of its members and has a strict photography and videography policy in place.

 

From time to time Starbound Cheerleading may use images of athletes to promote its activities through their website, social media, promotional materials such as posters/flyers and press releases

Please be aware that upon joining a class or course, you will be asked to sign a form giving consent for Starbound Cheerleading to take photographs, and/or film footage during practices, performances and Starbound Cheerleading associated activities to be used for promotional materials relating to Starbound Cheerleading (including, but not limited to, the Starbound Cheerleading Website, Youtube page, Facebook page, Instagram account and Twitter account.
